Check out our size guide on every product page. Keep in mind that we use standard sizes, so we suggest selecting the size you usually wear. To be on the safe side and ensure that the order will be made to measure, please make sure to fill in the requested measurements during checkout.

It couldn’t be easier to place an order with us. We’ve broken it down into simple steps for you to follow:

Step 1: Pick your items

Firstly, you need to pick your must-have items! Once you’ve clicked on the product and you’ve got the item page open, select the color/size if required and click ‘add to cart’. Repeat this step for each piece you want for yourself.

Step 2: Go to checkout

Once you’ve found everything you’re looking for, you need to head over to the checkout section. You can just click ‘cart’ in the right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to your ‘Cart’, where you’ll be able to amend item details if needed.

Step 3: Log into your account

To place your order, you need to click ‘Checkout’ – this will take you onto our checkout section. You’ll be asked to log into your account if you’re an existing customer or create a new account if you’re new to Aria Moda.

Step 4: Add any promo codes

At the checkout section, you’ll see an order summary of what you’ll be receiving from Aria Moda on the right. To the left is our promo/student code section which if you click on the arrow, the promo box will appear for you to add a promo/student code. If you click on the ‘Voucher’ tab, you can enter  your gift voucher code and apply it to your order.

Step 5: Select your delivery details

You’ll then see your registered email address and below that, will be your ‘delivery address’. Underneath this, are your delivery options – please choose your shipping method carefully as it cannot be amended at a later date.

Step 6: Enter your payment

The final stage of the checkout is the payment section; this will provide you with the payment details from ‘Your Wallet’ section of your account. Select the payment method you’d like to use and when you’re ready to place your order click on ‘Place Order’.

Step 7: Order confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page. You’ll also receive a confirmation of order email to your registered Aria Moda email address giving you all the details of your order.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Aria Moda’s Gift Card. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Credit card payments are managed by 2Checkout, our business partner.

If your payment has been declined, please check the following:

• Is there a spending limit on your card?*
• Are your card details correct, including security code and expiry date?
• Does your address match the details held by your card provider?
• Has the card you are trying to pay with expired?
• Have you checked your card has sufficient funds?

*The most common reason for the decline is a transaction limit set by your bank by default. If you have been rejected several times, feel free to contact your bank to see if the limit is a problem.

Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and availability of the purchased product. Typically, items leave our warehouse within 3 business days and arrive 2-5 business days after they have shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

* We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

All items are sent via DHL absolutely free of charge. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 full business days after it has shipped.

We now deliver our products to over 225 countries worldwide. Simply select your country when filling out the shipping information on checkout.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aria Moda, then we’re fine with that too. The FASTEST way to get a refund or exchange for your item is to return it to us within 30 days of receiving the goods (sale items within 15 days).

If you want to return items to us, please remember they should be in their original condition at the time of return and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

* Clearance sale items may not be returned.
** Customized items may not be returned.

You have 3 options when returning:

1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Returns must be received within 30 days from the date when you received any items you bought to be eligible for a refund. But, there are 2 more alternatives:
2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of receipt of the items. Exchanges are always free!
3. Store Credit: We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your receipt date, you can receive Aria Moda’s store credit for the amount of your return that you can use toward finding something else you’ll love.
