What is the delivery time?

At Aria Moda, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. That’s why we estimate a delivery time of 5-7 business days, with the initial 3 days reserved for production and the following 2-4 days for shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

* We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

What is the processing time?

The processing time lasts from the moment the order is made to the moment the package is handed over to the shipping company. It includes production time as well as preparation for shipping.

For most products, the processing time is 3 business days, although in some situations it may take longer. Thus, the processing time for mink products is typically 8-10 business days, due to the longer production time.

What are my shipping options?

You have 2 shipping options available:

Standard Shipping (you can expect your order to arrive within 14 full business days after it’s shipped), or

• Express Shipping (you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 full business days after it’s shipped).

* All orders are currently shipped via DHL express shipping free of charge.

What countries do you deliver to?

We now deliver our products to over 225 countries worldwide. Simply select your country when filling out the shipping information on checkout.

Where do you send from?

All items are sent directly from our factories located in China. This way, we avoid additional storage costs, which allows us to maintain the lowest prices of fur products on the market.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, such as import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Although our clients are usually not exposed to any additional costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order due to unpaid customs charges or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional customs fees incurred.

In the event of a returned order, your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package in its original condition. However, please note that the following deductions will be made from your refund:

  • Original Shipping Cost: The original shipping cost paid by you will not be refunded.
  • Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the package to us.
  • Customs and Import Charges: Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred due to the return will be deducted from your refund.

Can I track my order?

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

If you can’t find a tracking number in your email, please let us know and we’ll provide it for you.
